Beets are one of the easiest crops to grow. They produce a high yield of delicious beets in a small space. Succession plantings, every two weeks, assure a long and ample supply of this versatile and delicious vegetable. Both the roots and leaves are edible. The leaves are nutritious, packed with vitamin A and C. The young leaves can be steamed and served as you would spinach or chard

Each packet contains 4 grams of seed, or about 220 seeds. This larger packet allows you to save your seed for up to three years or replant these delicious vegetables throughout the season for a continuous crop of beets and greens.
