One of the more productive bush types. The pods are rich green, straight, ridged and not prickly. Pick the tender pods when they are between 2 and 3 inches for best flavor. The plants grow from 4 to 5 feet tall. This variety is one of the most popular since its introduction in 1939. 56 days.

NOTE: Okra does not do well in cool weather. It prefers sunny, dry climate. Use pods immediately after picking. Plants may cause irritation to skin. To avoid contact, wear gloves. Pick pods when no more than 2-3" long.
