This beautiful plant has grey-green leaves and stunning light blue flowers. Borage is an excellent source of potassium, calcium, and other natural minerals. This hardy herb grows 12-18 inches tall and can spread over a 4 square foot area. Young leaves may be used in salads or cooked like spinach. The flowers are also edible.
