All our seeds are open pollinated, chemically untreated and nonGMO. We specialize in carrying only heirloom seeds. We focus on finding varieties that perform well in extreme climates. With that said, our seeds are a favorite for many gardeners and we hope to be a part of your gardening experience, whether you are a master gardener or new to the joy of growing your own food.

Oregon Sugar Pod Snow Peas Red Creole Onion
This classic variety produces an abundance of delicious, sweet pea pods that grow on vigorous vines that can reach three feet tall. The pods are 4-5 inches long and about 3/4 inch wide. Resistant to pea enation virus, common wilt and powdery mildew, these are hardy prolific producers of sweet delicious pea pods. 60 days. This sweet onion produces medium sized bulbs with dark red skin. It is an excellent mild and sweet flavored onion with pink to white flesh. It stores well. 110 days.

Buttercrunch Lettuce Sweet Banana Pepper
This Bibb lettuce variety produces compact, very loose and open heads. The thick leaves are light green, very crisp and juicy. Heat resistant and slow to bolt, Buttercrunch is somewhat drought tolerant. 66 days. This variety is a yellow wax type of pepper. It is extremely mild and sweet. These peppers grow about 6 inches long, 2 inches in diameter and taper to a blunt point. The yellow fruit turns red when mature.  The plant is bushy and grows to about two feet tall. 75 days.

Burgundy Okra King of the Garden Pole Lima Beans
A bush type variety, this okra produces distinctive deeo red pods. The plants are quite beautiful with red tinged leaves and stalks. The plants grow to about five feet in height. The pods turn green when cooked. This variety is an excellent producer that does well in long hot summers. 56 days. This old time variety yields a large amount of tender creamy-green flat Lima beans in large 6" pods. This variety loves hot weather and does not tolerate cold weather. These beans are larger than the Fordhook Lima bean. 88 days.
