Mustard is becoming popular as gardeners find that it is easily grown, delicious and high in vitamins and minerals. The greens can be eaten raw but are usually steamed or sautéed in a skillet or wok. The flavor is improved with mild frosts. Mustard produces well in hot desert climates when it is grown as a fall/winter crop. Packet size: 2 grams or approximately 900 seeds.
